HPLC 法测定豆腐黄浆水中有机酸质量浓度
Determination of organic acids in wastewater of tofu by RP-HPLC
摘要
Abstract
This paper established a method for analysis of citric acid , malic acid, tartaric acid, oxalic acid, fumaric acid and amber acid in wastewater of tofu using reversed -phase high performance liquid chromatography .Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column was used as the solid phase (4.6 mm ×150 mm, 5 μm).The chromatographic conditions were as follows:UV detector wavelength was at 210 nm;mobile phase was methanol:0.01 mol/L KH2 PO4-H3 PO4 buffer solutions (3∶97, pH=2.85);flow rate was 0.8 mL/min;column tempera-ture was 25℃;sampling volume was 20μL.The results showed that linear correlation coef-ficient r>0.982 4, detection limits was 0.555 8~1.294 8μg/mL and the relative standard deviation was 0 .13%~4 .2%.This method was simple , sensitive , accurate and reproduci-ble.It was suitable for tofu quantitative analysis of organic acids in the wastewater .关键词
