摘要
Abstract
Based on 2007 Shanghai society accounting matrix , this paper built a dynamic CGE model to stimulate the effect of a sulfur tax pilot .The results showed that reduction from sulfur tax was not apparent;although sulfur tax helped the economy ’s blossom, consumer’s welfare was harmed;sulfur tax brought advantages to the third industry .关键词
