香附化学成分的研究
Chemical constituents from Rhizoma Cyperi
摘要
Abstract
This paper studied on the chemical constituents from Rhizoma Cyperi , and provid-ed samples for activity screening .Silica gel column chromatography , Sephadex LH -20, thin layer preparation were uesd to isolated compounds whose structures elucidated based on their physical characteristics and spectroscopic data .Three compounds were isolated and i-dentified asα-Cyperone(1), cyperotundone(2), oxyphyllenone B(3).Oxyphyllenones C was a configuration isomer of oxyphyllenones B , which was identified as new compound first-ly isolated from Rhizoma Cyperi .关键词
