毛脉酸模体外抗菌及抗病毒作用的实验研究
In vitro antibacterial and antiviral activity of Rumex gmelini
摘要
Abstract
To explore the antibacterial and antiviral actions of Rumex gmelini the antibacterial activity in vitro of Rumex gmelini extracted in different ways against common several kinds of bacteria were tested by double -diluted method , and the minimum inhibition concentration ( MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration ( MBC) of them was detected .The antiviral activities of extracts on influenza virus was assessed by cytopathic effect ( CPE) method.The 50%toxic concentration ( TC50 ) , 50% inhibitory concentration ( IC50 ) and selective index ( SI) of the different extract and its two fractions were determined by Reed -Muench meth-od.Results indicated that water extract and 70% alcohol quenching liquid both had strong antibacterial and antiviral activities .Water extract and alcohol extract had stronger inhibition of influenza virus.Half inhibition of volume concentration (IC50) were 6.2 mg/mL and <0. 4 mg/mL.The antibacterial and antiviral activity of the alcohol extraction of Rumex gmelini is a high active fraction.It’s worth further development and utilization .关键词
