石蒜碱对人白血病细胞K562凋亡作用的研究
Study on apoptosis of human leukemia cell line K562 induced by lycorine
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate the apoptosis of human leukemia cell line K 562 induced by lycorine , this paper detected the cytotoxicity of lycorine to K 562 by MTT assay , and the re-sult showed that the IC 50 was 16.000μmol/L.Flow cytometry assay showed that the apopto-sis of K562 increased in a dose-dependent manner .The confocal laser scanning microscopy observed that the membrane potential of K 562 also decreased in a dose-dependent manner . All data indicated that lycorine could induce apoptosis of K 562 and decrease its membrane potential .关键词
