Abstract
To explore the incidence of osteoporosis and analyze the factors related in patients with typeⅡdiabetic the BMD were measured in right calcaneum by ultrasound scan ( Holog-ic Sahara American).233 T2DM patients of hospitalized in endocrinology department of our hospital from May 2011 to May 2012 were included in this paper .According to the BMD val-ues, patients were divided into OP group and non -OP group.Compared differences from age, diabetes duration, body mass index (BMI), fasting plasma glucose(FPG), glycosylat-ed hemoglobin (HbA1C ), fasting insulin (Fins), quantitative of urinary protein in 24 hours, serum calcium(Ca), phosphorus(P)and alkali phosphatase level (ALP), total cho-lesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low densi-ty lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C ) , and made correlation analysis .Results indicated that among 233 T2DM patients, 72 persons had osteoporosis , with the incidence of osteoporosis being 30.9%.The female patients had higher incidence of osteoporosis than male patients . Compared with those in non-OP group, patients in OP group had older age , longer disease course , smaller baric index , lower bone density , and higher fasting insulin , alkali phospha-tase, glycosyated hemoglobin , quantitative of urinary protein in 24 hours and high density lipoprotein cholesterol , which were significantly different according to t-test ( P<0 .05 ) . Older age, long duration of the disease ,low body weight and diabetic nephropathy were the independent risk factors of osteoporosis in T 2 DM.关键词
