溶胶凝胶法制备二氧化锡纳米晶体
Preparation of tin dioxide nanocrystal by sol-gel methods

Abstract
With SnCl 4 · 5 H2 O as the precursor material , nanometer tin dioxide crystals were prepared using the sol -gel method .The tin dioxide crystals were characterized by X -ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis method.Furthermore, a series of investigations were performed about the influences of the ratio of reactants , the concentration of stannic chloride and the calcination temperature on the crystal structure of tin oxide nanoparticles , particles and dispersion .Results showed that on such conditions as the concentration of stannic chloride aqueous solution at 0.635 1 mol/L, ammonia solution at 4 mol/L, sintering powder for 3 h at 600℃, a good crystallization , a big specific surface ar-ea, and a good dispersion could be received .关键词
