摘要
Abstract
Changes of market environment result in the fact that relationships between corpora-tions go beyond competition and short -term interests’ exchanges and collaboration, instead, has been playing a more important role .This paper analyzed game action relationship between suppliers and manufacturers from the perspective of group and individual rationality .The results have revealed the motivation of bilateral collaboration and proposed “overall rationality” to bal-ance group rationality and individual rationality .Our analysis indicated that , based on group ra-tionality , the overall profits of supplier and manufacturer can reach maximum and that proper adjustments of supply price can make the profits of at lease on party higher than those based on individual rationality , which demonstrated the advantage of group rationality and serves as the motivation of collaboration of suppliers and manufacturers within supply chains .关键词
