显花植物花器官原位转化技术的研究进展
Progression of In-planta T ransformation of Floral Organs in Situ
摘要
Abstract
Successful establishment of a rapid and efficient transformation system is critical to obtain the heritable transformants in the process of genetic engineering .T his paper briefly sketched the previous research results and summarized the recent progresses in detail regarding in-planta transformation of floral organs in situ mediated by A grobacterium in plants ,including the principle of transformation ,formation of methods ,and optimization of experimental perfor-mance as well as analysis of the future application of this in-planta transformation in flowering plants .Floral-spray ,floral-dip and drop-by-drop could get a high transformation rate ,but each has a deficiency .Floral-dip transformation method could be more available to further improve and applied to other species .关键词
