芥菜型油菜和白菜型油菜杂种后代自交亲和性研究

Abstract
In this study ,the self-compatibility trait of B .juncea was transferred into B .rapa through interspecific hybridization between B .juncea and B .rapa and the introgression process and state of self-compatibility trait in hybrid progenies were revealed .The BC1 F1 progeny was self-incompatible ,of which self-compatible index varied from 0 .05 to 0 .88 .However ,in BC1 F2 and BC2 F1 progenies ,the highest index reached 14 .33 and the percentage of self-compatible plants accounted for 35 .5% and 22 .2% ,respectively .Analyzing self-compatible data of BC1 F2 and BC2 F1 progenies statistically ,the results showed that the self-compatibility of B .rapawas probably con-trolled by a couple of genes w hich managed dominant genetics .In BC1 F3 and BC2 F2 progenies , self-compatible plants significantly increased and accounted for 75 .3% and 87 .5% ,respectively . By means of observing pollen tube germination and comparing self-compatibility indexes of plants in the BC1 F2 progeny and BC1 F3 progeny ,the results both show that the self-compatibility trait of hybrid progenies is inheritable .关键词
