薇甘菊化感物质的分离与鉴定
Isolation and Identification of Allelochemicals from M ikania micrantha
摘要
Abstract
Two allelochemicals were isolated from aerial parts of Mikania micrantha by repeated silica gel column chromatography combined with bioassay method .Their structures were identi-fied as ferulic acid and chlorogenic acid by spectroscopic analysis (IR ,EI-MS ,1 HNMR ,13 CNMR) and physicochemical characters .Ferulic acid and chlorogenic acid both had significantly inhibitory effects on the seedling growth of Oryzasativa and Echinochloacrusgalli at the concentration of 1.00 ,0 .50 and 0 .25 mg/mL ,respectively .It is further confirmed that Mikania micrantha inhibits the grow th of other plants by releasing allelochemicals .关键词
