长白猪体尺性状与繁殖性状的典型相关分析
Canonical Correlation Analysis betw een Body Size T raits and Reproductive Properties of Landrace Pigs
摘要
Abstract
The analysis of canonical correlation for 7 body size traits (body height ,body length , bust ,presence ,hip circumference ,nipple number ,weight ) and 5 reproductive properties (number born alive ,number of weaning ,birth body weight ,weaning body weight ,piglet nipple number ) was performed to study the change trend of reproductive performance in Landrace sows .The body size traits data ,reproductive properties data of 200 Landrace sow s and the 350 piglets given birth by the 200 Landrace sows mentioned earlier were collected from Anhui Antai swine breeding farm during the time from January to December in 2011 .The results showed that the first coefficient of canonical correlation for body size traits and reproductive properties were significant (P<0 .05) . The first canonical correlation coefficient was 0 .897 ,which represented 76 .455% for the total correlation .The results also showed that correlations were presented among body size traits and reproductive properties of sow s ,and the analysis indicated that main traits for the canonical corre-lation coefficients were perimeter of abdomen ,body weight of sows ,number of weaning and wea-ning body weight .The data may has certain reference value for the genetics and breeding of Land-race pig s .关键词
