Effect of Substrate Moisture on Mycelial Growth and Biological Efficiency of Pleurotus ostreatus
摘要
Abstract
Using cottenseed shells as materisls ,we designed different substrate moisture .The effect of different substrate moisture contents on mycelial grow th ,yield and biological efficiency in Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation was studied .The results showed that the formulation with 62.5%substrate moisture gave the highest mycelial grow th speed and biological efficiency ,averaging 0.58 cm/d and 122.8% respectively .T he most suitable moisture content of cottonseed shells planting Pleurotus ostreatus was 62.5% .关键词
