高血压性脑出血术后早期应用尼莫地平疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of nimodipine on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 84 ca-ses with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,control group re-ceived conventional treatment ,while the treatment group received nimotop infusion on the basis of conventional therapy. After treatment changes in the size of intracranial hematoma ,peripheral edema size ,neurological function and other volume were ob-served and compared.Results Compared with control group ,peripheral edema and hematoma volume of the treatment group significantly decreased (P<0.05) ,scores of neurological deficit significantly improved (P<0.01). Conclusion For patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage ,early application of nimodipine can further reduce the cerebral edema ,promote absorp-tion of brain hematoma ,and further improve the neurological function.关键词
