摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of fluoxetine on depression and quality of life of stroke patients ,and to pro-vide reference for clinical treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data for 80 patients with stroke from August 2011 to August 2013 in our hospital ,was perflrmed the comparative analysis of the impact of taking fluoxetine on depression status and quality of life of patients before and after treatment.Results After 6 weeks of treatment ,the observation group Hamilton Depression Rating Scale total score ,neurological deficit scores were significantly lower than before treatment and control groups ,quality of life index score was significantly higher in both groups was statistically significant ( P< 0.05 ).Conclusion Fluoxetine can significantly improve depression in patients with post-stroke depression and promote the recovery of neurological function ,improve the patient's quality of daily life.关键词
