Abstract
Objective Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells transplantation in treating the cerebral hemorrhage. Methods In this study ,we twice transplanted BMSCs into 12 cases of cer-ebral hemorrhage through intrathecal injection.The National Institute of Health stroke scale and modified Barthel index were a-dopted to evaluate the neurological function and self care ability of patients before and 4 weeks ,3 and 6 months after injection.Meanwhile ,we observed the safety of BMSCs treatment during follow-up period.The one-way ANOVA Statistical method was adopted to analyze the experimental data.Results A transient fever appeared in 9 cases. Compared with before treatment ,the NIHSS was significantly decreased at 6 months(P<0.05)and not significantly changed at 4 weeks and 3 months (P>0.05);The Barthel was significantly increased at 3 ,6 months (P<0.05) ,and not significantly raised at 4 weeks (P>0.05). Conclusion It is a secure treatment that autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells transplantation is performed on cerebral hemorrhage patients ,the therapeutic effect of which is to promote neurological functional recovery and improve the self care ability.关键词
