Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Deanxit combined with Seroxat (import) for treatment of senile depression with somatic symptoms. Methods 80 cases with depression were divided into two groups ,including the observation group of 40 cases with Deanxit combined with Seroxat treatment and the control group of 40 patients with conventional treat-ment.Results After treatment ,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group , and difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05) ,and in the observation group ,the sleep disorders and somatic symptoms factor scores improved more than that of the control group patients ,and a significant difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Deanxit combined with Seroxat (import) for treatment of senile de-pression with somatic symptoms has a very significant effect ,and it is worthy of wider promotion and application.关键词
