脑卒中后抑郁抗抑郁治疗的效果及对神经功能的影响
Analysis of clinical efficacy of antidepressant therapy on the depression and neurological rehabilitation of stroke patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of antidepressant therapy on depression and neurological rehabili-tation of stroke patients.Methods 48 stroke patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group received conventional treatment. Observation group received antidepressant therapy based on convention-al treatment. All patients were treated for 12 weeks. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score was used to evaluate depres-sive symptoms. Clinical neurological deficits (NIHSS) score was used to evaluate neurological function. Barthel Index was used to evaluate activities of daily living (ADL). The HAMD ,NIHSS and ADL scores before and after treatment ,the efficiency of depression improvement and nerve function recovery efficiency of two groups were compared. Results HAMD ,NIHSS and ADL scores of two groups after treatment were improved than those before treatment ,those of observation group were signifi-cantly improved more than those of control group(P<0.05);the efficiency of depression improvement and nerve function re-covery of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Antidepressant therapy for stroke patients has exact effect. It can significantly improve depression symptoms ,promote rehabilitation of neurological function and enhance quality of life.关键词
