Abstract
Objective To correctly grasp the diagnosis ,clinical characteristics and treatment methods of the brain salt con-sumption syndrome (CSWS) ,so as to improve the therapeutic effect of severe cerebrovascular disease.Methods A retrospec-tive analysis of 27 patients with severe cerebrovascular disease combined with CSWS was made ,their clinical features were summarized ,and the therapeutic effects on them were analyzed.Results Among 27 cases of CSWS patients ,only two cases of death ,the rest of the 25 cases with CSWS were cured.Conclusion CSWS secondary to severe cerebrovascular disease should be particularly identified with abnormal secretion of antidiuretic hormone syndrome (SIADH);otherwise ,it will aggravate patient's condition ,even deteriorate the primary disease ,and even result in death of patients.关键词
