心理护理干预对初产妇产后抑郁的影响

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical application of psychological care on postpartum depression.Methods From January 2011 to December 2012 ,120 cases of primipara in our hospital were selected ,and were divided into the study group and control group ,the control group was given conventional nursing ,and the research group received psychological nursing in-tervention based on routine nursing care. The postpartum depression status of two groups'was observed.Results The postpar-tum depression of control group was 13.3% (8/60) ,which in study group was 3.3% (2/60) ,the incidence of postpartum de-pression of study group was significantly lower than the control group (χ2 =7.34 ,P<0.05). The SDS scores in control group was 62.1 ± 3.3 ,which in the study group was 54.2 ± 2.0 ,the study group was significantly lower than the control group(t=11.50 ,P<0.05).Conclusion For primipara in birth process ,psychological nursing intervention measures are simple and perti-nence ,and can effectively reduce postpartum depression ,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
