OCB、抗MBP抗体及抗MOG抗体在中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘疾病诊断中的意义

Abstract
Objective To observe the positive rate of oligoclonal bands (OCB) ,myelin basic protein (MBP) antibody and myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) antibody in patients of inflammatory central nervous system demyelinating disea-ses ,in order to give help to clinical diagnosis in these kind of diseases.Methods The observation group consisted of 91 cases of inflammatory central nervous system demyelinating diseases (30 cases of MS and 61 cases of NMO) ,and the control group con-sisted of 50 cases of neurological non-inflammatory diseases. The statistical analysis was developed on data of the positive rate of OCB ,MBP and MOG antibody in cerebrospinal fluid and serum between the observation group and control group. The same statistical analysis was also developed between the MS subgroup and NMO subgroup.Results Between the observation group and control group ,the positive rate of OCB ,serum MBP and MOG antibodies were significantly different (P<0.05) ,and the positive rate of cerebrospinal fluid MBP and MOG antibodies were not significantly different (P>0.05). Between the MS sub-group and NMO subgroup ,the positive rate of OCB and serum MBP antibody were significantly different (P<0.05) ,and the positive rate of cerebrospinal fluid MBP antibody ,serum MOG antibody and cerebrospinal fluid MOG antibody were not signifi-cantly different (P>0.05).Conclusion The positive OCB is significant in diagnosis of MS. The serum MBP antibody and ser-um MOG antibody provide an important laboratory basis for the diagnosis of inflammatory central nervous system demyelinating diseases. The serum MBP antibody is probably valuable in differential diagnosis of MS and NMO.关键词
