Abstract
Objective To investigate the factors influencing the prognosis of patients with early hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage undergone surgery.Methods The clinical data of 262 patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage treated by early surgery from July ,2009 to July 2012 were analyzed retrospectively ,the patients were divided into two groups ,survival group and death group ,the factors including sex ,age ,diabetes ,stress ulcer ,admission GCS ,bleed volume ,operation time , were analyzed and then unconditional Logistic regression analysis was proceeded.Results The finally selective variables were age (χ2 =5.080 ,P=0.012) ,admission GCS (χ2 =7.028 ,P=0.006) ,bleed volume (χ2 =6.909 ,P=0.009) ,operation time (χ2 =6.196 ,P=0.012) ,pulmonary infection (χ2 = 5.116 ,P=0.013) ,central nervous system infection (χ2 =10.314 ,P=0.017) ,and operation again (χ2 =6.016 , P=0.010 ).Conclusion By statistical analysis ,the factors related to the prognosis of the patients with early hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage treated by surgery were age ,admission GCS ,bleed volume , operation time ,pulmonary infection ,central nervous system infection and operation again.关键词
