Abstract
Objective To examine the effectiveness of psychological interventions and guidance of health elderly gynecolog-ical cancer chemotherapy.Methods Patients aged 60-82 who have gynecologic cancer chemotherapy ,July 2011-July 2012 in the hospitals were randomly selected observation group (intervention and control psychological health ) and the control group (no intervention ,counseling and psychological health) ,psychological state of the patients evaluated in the SAS and SDS. Results The SDS and SAS scores of the observation group and the control group did not show statistical difference before the experi-ment (P>0.05). The scores of the patients in the control group SAS and SDS higher than previous chemotherapy (P<0.01) while the number of patients in the monitoring group has a general decreasing trend as previous chemotherapy but there was no significant difference (P>0.05). The SDS and SAS scores of the general observation is significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion There was a certain degree of depression and other negative emotions in elderly patients with gynecological cancer after diagnosis ,before treatment. Psychological intervention and health guidance can significantly improve the pessimistic psychology of the patient ,reduce patient anxiety ,depression ,emotional release.关键词
