摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the Risk factors for pneumonia in elderly patients with stroke sequel.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 224 elderly stroke patients admitted to the department of neurology in our hospital from January 2011 to August 2013 was proceeded ,the relative risk factors were analyzed. Results Analysis showed that age , smoking history ,diabetes ,heart disease ,lung disease ,nasal feeding ,swallowing disorders ,times of stroke ,unconsciousness , and hypoalbuminemia were the risk factors for pneumonia in elderly patients with stroke sequel.Conclusion Elderly stroke pa-tients are prone to complicate with pneumonia ,and the risk factors for pneumonia are more and complex.关键词
