影响慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能恢复的相关因素分析
Recovery of Cognitive function and its influencing factors in chronic schizophrenia patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the cognitive function and its relevant factors in schizophrenia. Methods We used WAIS to assess 80 patients with schizophrenia and 65 normal controls. We also investigated the clinical feature of pa-tients.Results IQ ,verbal IQ ,peiformance IQ of schizophrenia patients were significant lower than those of controls. The IQ of 75% patients are lower than that of the controls. The incidence of cognitive deficit in schizophrenia patients was 19%. The re-sult of multiple stepwise regression analysis shows :The age at onset was related to IQ. Patients with later age at onset showed higher IQ. Verbal IQ was related with the age at onset ,the types of diagnosis. Patients with later age at onset ,paranoid type showed higher verbal IQ.The course of desease was related to percomance IQ. Patients with shorter course of disease showed higher performance IQ.Conclusion The deficit of cognitive function in schizophrenia patients is obvious and extensive. It is in-fluenced by many factors.关键词
