Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of children with hand ,foot and mouth disease merged with the nervous system impairment.Methods The data of 80 children with hand ,foot and mouth disease merged with the nervous system impairment from March 2011 to November 2013 were collected and retrospectively analyzed.Results Pathogens were detected in 68 cases ,the positive rate was 85.0%.CoxA16 in 13 cases was positive ,the positive rate of 16.25%.EV71 in 55 ca-ses positive ,positive rate was 68.75% ,12 cases were not detected. All children had a fever ,temperature in 38~42℃ ,rash on hands and/or feet ,oral ulcer ,hip skin rash ,etc. All children were characterized with poor spirit ,59 cases showed jittering of the limb ,(73.75% ) ,42 cases were characterized with lethargy (52.5% ) ,29 cases with vomiting (36.25% ) ,28 cases with meningeal stimulation(35.0% ) ,23 cases showed irregular breathing rhythm (28.75% ) ,14 cases with eclampsia ,accounted for 17.5% ,14 cases with headache and agitation ,accounted for 17.5% ,4 cases with cranial nerve palsy ,accounting for 5.0%.Conclusion Fe-ver and rash are the main symptoms of children with severe HFMD ,children with hand ,foot and mouth disease combined with nervous system impairment mainly manifest for poor spirit ,jittering of limb ,drowsiness ,vomiting and meningeal stimulation , etc.关键词
