阿胶补肾健骨方治疗去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的作用机制研究

Abstract
Objective: To observe effects of Ejiao Bu Shen Jian Gu Formula on rats which were completely removal of ligation and ovariectomy; to explore the action mechanism of preventing and treating osteoporosis of Ejiao Bu Shen Jian Gu Formula. Methods: Seventy female SD rats, postmenopausal osteoporotic animal model were established. Rats were randomly di-vided into sham-operated group, model group, group A of osteoporotic animal model with Alendronate sodium and group E of osteoporotic animal model with Ejiao Bu Shen Jian Gu Formula. When the operative wound recovered, the model group, group A and group E were given a gavage (except sham-operated group) for three months. Rats were killed and collected specmen after 24 hours when the rats were given a gavage last time. The serum OCN,the PICP were detected by enzyme-linked im-munosorbent assay(ELISA) in rats. Results: The changes of weight of rats in group M was significantly higher than the sham-operated rats after 2 months(P<0.05); The weight of rats in group E and in group A was gradually increased and was signifi-cantly higher than the sham-operated rats(P<0.05); Index of uterus, both kidneys of rats in group E、group A and group M were lower than the sham-operated rats In varying degrees (P<0.05); Index of uterus, both kidneys of rats in group E、group A were higher than group M (P<0.05); Index of uterus, both kidneys of rats in group E were better than group A (P<0.05);The serum OCN and PICP of group M were significantly lower than group J(P<0.05); The serum OCN and PICP of group E and group A were significantly higher than group M(P<0.05); The serum OCN of group A was higher than group E(P<0.05);The PICP of group E was higher than group A(P<0.05). Conclusion: Ejiao Bu Shen Jian Gu Formula can adjust the lipid metabolism, increase index of uterus and kidneys and improve the level of OCN and PICP. There was a better prevention and treatment that Ejiao Bu Shen Jian Gu Formula can be treated for osteoporosis.关键词
