五味子含药血清中4种木脂素类成分的含量测定
Determination of 4 Lignans in Medicated Serum of Schisandra Chinensis

Abstract
Objective: To establish a method for the assaying of main lignans in medicated serum of Schisandra chinensis. Methods: An HPLC method was set up, and Lichrosphere C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used and PhenomenexR De-scription C18 (4.0 mm×3.0 mm) was used as protective column. The gradient mobile phase was acetonitrile-water. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results: The linear ranges of schisandrin, schisandrol B, deoxyschisandrin, and schisandrin B were respectively 0.0512 -0.7680 μg, 0.0540 -0.8100 μg, 0.0123-0.1845 μg, and 0.0398-0.5970 μg, and the coefficient correlation (r) were 0.9995, 0.9996, 0.9998, and 0.9996, respec-tively. The average concentration of these 4 lignans in medicated serum were 19.3848, 13.2624, 1.3001, and 14.5842 μg/mL, respectively. Conclusion: This method is accurate, easy, and specific for the assaying of lignans in medicated serum of Schisandra chinensis.关键词
