摘要

Abstract

Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharide extract in glycyrrhiza. Methods: The effect of three key factors for the yield of polysaccharide extract in glycyrrhiza such as extraction temperature, extraction time and ratio of glycyrrhiza and water, were analyzed by one-factor-at-a-time-technique method and response surface methodology. Results:The yield model for extracting polysaccharide extract in glycyrrhiza was build, and the variance of model is 0.99991, which shows remarkable model, and the best conditions gained is that the extraction temperature is 100 ℃, the extraction time is 2.25 h and that the ratio of glycyrrhiza and water is 1 ∶62. Conclusion: The extraction yield of polysaccharide extract in glycyrrhiza is 12.96%.
