Abstract
Objective: To establish a qualitative identification of chrysophanin in Si-huang Fire-Draining tablet. Methods:TLC and diode array detector for high performance liquid chromatograph were applied for the qualitative identification, which was examined by LC-MS/MS. Results: Chrysophanin was tested in the sample. Conclusion: This method was highly selective and sensitive, and can be considered as effective method for the identification of chrysophanin in Si-huang Fire-Draining tablet.关键词
