解毒通淋丸抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the action of anti-inflammation and relieving pain of Jie-du Tong-lin pill. Methods: The anti -inflammation was observed by Dimethylbenzene -induced mouse auricle tumefaction and the cotton pellet granuloma in mice model; Mouse hot plate test and acetic acid-induced mouse body torsion model were performed to evaluate the reliving pain action. Results: Jie-du Tong-lin pill could significantly inhibit ear inflammation and proliferation of granuloma, reduce rats stretching times caused by acetic acid and increase pain threshold of the rats in the experiment of hot plate method. Conclusion: Jie-du Tong-lin pill can restrain active and chronic inflammation, with analgesic effect, which supply experimental evidence for the clinical application.关键词
