哈尼族验方“莫那奇”对脑出血大鼠行为学和脑水肿的影响
Influence of Monaqi Prescription of Hani Nationality on Behavior and Cerebral Edema in Rats with Experimental Intracerebral Hemorrhage
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the intervention of Monaqi prescription of Hani nationality on behavior and cerebral edema after experimental intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in rats. Methods: The 40 rats were divided into normal control group, sham operated group, ICH model group and Monaqi group. The ICH model was established according to the method of injecting au-tologous blood; Berderson score was applied to evaluate behavioral change and the dry/wet weight method was used to check up cerebral water content after the intervention. Results:Compared to the ICH model group, the behavior and cerebral edema of rats in Monaqi group showed statistics significance (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: The Monaqi prescription of Hani na-tionality can ameliorate the behavior and cerebral edemathe of the experimental ICH rats.关键词
