益气活血法对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠脑组织谷氨酸（Glu）含量及病理学改变的影响
Effects of Boosting Qi and Quickening Blood on Glusate Levels and Pathology Changes in Cerebral Ischemia-reperfusion Injury in Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To determine the effects of Boosting Qi and Quickening Blood on Glu levels and patology changes in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods: The method of middle cerebral artery occlution was used to evaluate the amount changes of NGF in the brain and the changes of the pathology. The sections were stained with haematoxylin-eosin (HE). Results: Compared with sham operation group, rats, the level of Glu in the brain increased significantly in model group (P<0.01); Compared with model group,the level of Glu in the brain decreased significantly in Boosting Qi and Quick-ening Blood group and Nimodipine group. Conclusion: The method of Boosting Qi and Quickening Blood can prevent and cure the ischemia and reperfusion injury in some degrees.关键词
