利气化瘀汤加减治疗儿童支气管哮喘30例临床观察
Clinical Efficacy of Li-qi Hua-yu Decoction on Bronchial Asthma in Children：A Clinical Observation of 30 Cases

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Li-qi Hua-yu Decoction on bronchial asthma in children. Methods: The sixty patients with asthma fulfilling the criteria were enrolled into study. Patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 30 cases in each group. Patients were treated with Li -qi Hua -yu Decoction in treatment group, and Budesonide powder for inhalation in the control group. β2-agonist was given in two groups if necessary. Results: The total effective rate was 96.7% and 83.3% respectively in treatment and control groups, and the effect in the treatment group was better than that in control group, without significant difference (P>0.05). Peripheral-blood EOS counting in treatment group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was obviously significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: Li-qi Hua-yu Decoction can provide good effect for mild or moderate degree bronchial asthma in children.关键词
