Affects of Sauflsurea Involucrata Flavones on Cancer Cell Proliferation
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the affects of Sauflsurea involucrata flavonoids on Hela, KYSE150 and LS180 cell lines proliferation. Methods: The affects of Sauflsurea involucrata flavonoids on cells proliferation of Hela, KYSE150 and LS180 cell was determined by a CCK-8 assay, and 293T cells were control group. The number and form of Hela was observed in 6 days. Results: Comparing with the control group, CCK-8 assay showed thatthe growth of cancer cell lines was significantly decreased, after being stimulated by flavones at 0.1 mg/mL and 0.2 mg/mL for 24 and 48 h. Conclusion: Sauflsurea involucrata flavonoids can inhibit cancer cell proliferation in a dose-and time-dependent.关键词
