Abstract
Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of osthole in Tao-ren Xi-kang Pills. Methods:The content of osthole was determined by RP-HPLC. Agilent C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used. The mobile phas-es was acetonitrile-water (60:40); the detection wavelength was 322 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1, and the temperature was 25 ℃. Results: The injection volume of osthole showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.1890-3.0240 μg(r=0.9999). The average recovery was 99.10%(RSD%=1.62%, n=6). Conclusion: The method which is convenient and rapid with high precision and good reproducibility can be used for the quality control of Tao-ren Xi-kang Pills.关键词
