Abstract
Progress management can be realized by scientific and reasonable arrangement of all kinds of project ac-tivities related to the construction progress and developing systematic schedule objectives based on the project progress, by which the project can be completed as soon as possible with satisfied quality. In this paper, the author takes the extension project of Bagong hydropower station in Hechi as an example, the existing problems in progress management are briefly analyzed, besides, some measures are put forward thereof to strengthen the progress manage-ment of hydropower projects.关键词
