曲柄滑块机构转速波动与动态静力综合分析

Abstract
There is coupling relationship between revolving speed fluctuation and Internal forces,for this problem,the accurate calculation methods of dynamic statics and revolving speed fluctuation for slider-crank mechanism were provided on the condition of the motor power characteristic curve,the friction and the working load.With an example,the revolving speed and its fluctuation of the slider-crank mechanism were calculated,and the influence factors of revolving speed fluctuation and their relevant weights were analyzed and compared.The differences of system dynamic statics calculation between simplified and exact solutions were analyzed.The results show that mechanism parameters and running speed are the primary factor affecting revolving speed fluctuation,friction effect and mo-tor power have very little impact on revolving speed fluctuation,and the calculation error used tradi-tional method is mainly caused by ignoring speed fluctuation.关键词
