抽水蓄能电站泵工况断电过渡过程数值试验
Numerical experiments in power-off transient process of pumped storage power station under pump condition
摘要
Abstract
Three dimensional unsteady numerical simulations based on VOF (volume of fluid) model were executed on geometrical model of the whole flow system including diversion ,tunnel ,surge tank , pump turbine unit and tailrace tunnel .T hrough numerical calculation ,the changeable flow configura-tion and variation law of some parameters such as unit rotate speed ,flux and static pressure of meas-urement points were obtained and compared with experimental date .Numerical results show that ex-treme value of unit rotate speed and measurement points’ static pressure agree fairly well with experi-mental date .The unit will undergo pump condition ,braking condition and turbine condition with ex-ternal characteristic varying significantly during power-off transient process .Internal flow configura-tion is closely related to external characteristic and affects each other .The flux variation trend will change rapidly w hen the maximum reverse flux appears under braking condition ,so there is one sharp turning point on the flux-time curve .At that moment ,the blade pressure is very uneven ,flow field gets worse in draft tube and water hammer is violent .关键词
