低聚合度羟基封端聚甲基苯基硅氧烷的合成
The Synthesis of Hydroxyl-terminated Polymethylphenylsiloxane with Low Molecular Weight

Abstract
Taking 1 ,3 ,5-trimethyl-1 ,3 ,5-triphenylcyclotrisiloxane as the raw material ,water as the terminator ,acetone as the solvent ,hydroxyl-terminated polymethylphenylsiloxane with low polymerization degree was directly synthesized with catalysts in one step .The paper studied different effects of different catalysts and process conditions on the yield of the product and average polymerization degree ,and characterized the product .The results showed that 3 .4% (mass percent) hydroxyl content of the hydroxyl-terminated polymethylphenylsiloxane were obtained when using ammonia as catalyst at 50 ℃ for 2 .5 hours .At this reaction condition ,1 ,3 ,5-trimethyl-1 ,3 ,5--triphenylcyclotrisiloxane could be almost completely used up with the yield 96 .64% .关键词
