摘要
Abstract
The experiment determined the aluminum content in puffed food with the chromium azure-S spectrophotometry ,used the green ternary complex which was produced by the reaction of trivalent aluminum ion with chromium azure-S and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide in the ethylenediamine hydrochloric acid buffer solution to measure its absorbance in 610 nm place , and calculated its content by a standard curve equation .The results show that 87 .5% samples meet a criterion ,the puffed food with brands has low content of aluminum ,off-test products are those puffed food loose .关键词
