厌氧氨氧化菌种的低温保藏条件
The Cryopreservation Conditions of ANAMMOX Bacteria
摘要
Abstract
This review analyzed the operational conditions for the cryopreservation of anaerobic ammonium oxidation (ANAMMOX) bacteria ,and summarized some key points including the preserving temperature ,protectant (trehalose , dimethyl sulfoxide ,glycerol and so on) ,the preserving time ,the preserving substrate and the measure of activity recovery . Finally this paper points out that the setting of proper preserving environment depended on physiological property of ANAMMOX dominant bacteria in mixed culture .关键词
