The Function and Research Progress of Deubiquitinase USP7 in Cells
摘要
Abstract
Ubiquitin-specific protease7 (USP7 )is a cysteine protease and one of the important members of Deubiquiti-nases(DUBs).Recent studies have confirmed that USP7 can mediates the regulation of activities and functions of many proteins in cell,including tumor-suppresor protein,DNA repair protein,immune response protein,virus protein,epigenet-ic regulator et al,plays an important role in the development and progression in lots of diseases.This paper summarizes the advanced research of USP7’s function in cell,tumor and viral disease.关键词
