HPLC法测定小柴胡颗粒中黄芩苷的含量研究
DETERMINATION OF BAICALIN IN YINHUANG ORAL LIQUID BY HPLC

Abstract
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determining the amount of baicalin in Xiaochaihu granules. Methods: HPLC analysis was carried out on a Kromasil 100-5 ODS2 (5 μm, 250 mm× 4.6 mm) column with the temperature at 25℃. The mobile phase was methanol-water-0.1 mol/L phosphoric acid ( 45:55:0.2) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. Results:The linear range of baicalin was 0.00272~0.0544μg/mL (r=0.9997), the average recovery was 99.72%, and the RSD was 0.44%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can be used for the quality control of the Xiaochaihu granules and its content determination.关键词
