利用背侧包皮一期修复21例尿道下裂
ONE-STAGE TREATMENT OF 21 CASES HYPOSPADIAS WITH DORSAL PREPUCE COVER
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To discuss the clinical value of the dorsal prepuce in the scrotal skin flap urethroplasty. Methods:The clinical and post-operation follow-up visit data of the 21 cases of the hypospadias patients treated with the above-mentioned method were collected. Results:In one-stage operation, there are 18 successful cases with satisfying shape effect and a cure rate of 85.7%, in which there are 5 cases of coronary groove type, 16 cases of penile type. There are postoperative 1 case of urethral stricture and 2 cases of urethral fistula. Conclusion:Improved on the bases of the penile, scrotal mediastinal flap urethroplasty, it is a new method in the advantage of the dorsal prepuce’s covering the veutri and burying and rebuilding the urethra in the expectation of getting the hypospadias recovered in the first round operation. This treatment is proved to be simple, easy with satisfying curative effect, which is of great value to be extensively promoted and applied.关键词
