Abstract
Objective:To study the efficacy of comprehensive therapy of physiatry combined with breviscapine-asarum and aescin in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods:82 patients of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 41 cases in each group. The patients in observation group were treated with breviscapine-asarum and aescin after physiatry therapy,and the patients in control group were treated with breviscapine-asarum and aescin,the results were analysed. Results:The cure rate was 36.6% and the markedly effective rate was 56.1% in the observation group,compared with 26.8%,43.9% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.01). The efficacy of observation group was obviously better than control group. Conclusion:Physiatry therapy combined with breviscapine-asarum and aescin in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and im-prove the curative effect.关键词
