摘要
Abstract
Flexible hinge has been considered as a good way to realize high precision displace-ment transmission. Introduces a classic precision displacement system model which is assembled by flexible hinge and single lever amplification mechanism,establishes the dynamic modal and verified the validity via the finite element method,analysis its stability factors and the vibration response of the system briefly through impulse motivation. The analysis shows that increasing of the damping ra-tio and natural frequency is an effective way to reduce the setting time. It provides a theoretical meth-od for the final engineering application.关键词
