Policy Design,Basic Features and Future Orientation of the Long-Term Care Insurance in Japan
摘要
Abstract
How to deal with the growing demand of long-term care of the elderly have an important challenge for China's social security system, under the dual pressures of the aging of the population being worsening and the severe shortage of long-term care protection policy. Through more than ten years,Japan have established a successful social long-term care insurance system. Aiming to provide useful experiences for policy design of long-term care protection in China,this paper analyzes the background and causes of the creation of long-term care insurance policy, and conducts a comprehensive inspection of the future orientation of the policy.关键词
