Abstract
Being short of funds is still the main obstacle of our small and medium-sized enterprises' growing, and in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises to finance, government can assume important tasks. Our country should improve the policy, to support small and medium-sized enterprises financing from many aspects, the main contents including: to promote secured credit changing into unsecured credit, to construct cost-effective local small amount loan institutes, to establish small and medium-sized enterprises technical innovative fund.关键词
