Political Connection, Exchange of Interests and Local Environmental Performance Evaluation
摘要
Abstract
Due to political connection, the local government and some regulatory enterprises with political connection form community of interests which damages to the benefit of the residents, even lead to environmental events. Establishment of local government environmental performance evaluation system is an effective way to solve this problem. This paper constructs the local government environmental performance evaluation system from the ecology rights, the environmental qualities and environmental improvement three dimensions based on the in-depth analysis of the benefit exchange between the local government, regulating enterprises and residents, in order to improve the performance of local environmental management and local environment, and provides effective reference for the evaluation of local government and environment performance.关键词
